Our Inspectors have over 18 years of experience inspecting homes in North Carolina and Virginia. With over 35 years of experience in the building industry, you can be assured of a thorough and professional inspection. Though licensed in construction trades, we are solely an Inspection Business. We do not offer to contract repairs on homes that we inspect. We work entirely on your behalf with no conflicts of interest. North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector is required to complete 12 hours of NCHLB-approved continuing education courses yearly.
